This Privacy Policy applies to the MyUni mobile application and related services operated by ArchonDev (the "Application"). ArchonDev is referred to as the "Service Provider". By using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.

To provide our services, the Application may collect information including:

• Your name and student email address
• Student ID, university, faculty, major, and academic year (where provided)
• Your profile photo (uploaded by you or provided through Google Sign-In)
• Technical information such as device type, operating system version, application version, and diagnostic information

The Application does not track or monitor your real-time device location.

Weather forecasts are provided based solely on the university campus selected in your profile using the Open-Meteo Weather API. Your physical GPS location is not collected for this feature.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting the Service Provider at trannhatthanha2@gmail.com.

The Application provides AI-powered features using the Google Gemini API. Messages you voluntarily submit to the AI chatbot are processed solely to generate responses. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information while using AI features.

The Service Provider may use your information to provide important service announcements, security notifications, and account-related communications.

For a better experience while using the Application, the Service Provider may require information such as your student email, name, student ID, university, faculty, major, academic year, and profile photo. User-generated content such as forum posts, reviews, study materials, comments, events, and uploaded files may be visible to other users depending on the feature being used.

The Application relies on trusted third-party services to operate certain features, including:

• Firebase Authentication
• Cloud Firestore
• Firebase Storage
• Firebase Cloud Messaging
• Google Sign-In
• Google Gemini API
• Open-Meteo Weather API
• Google Cloud Platform

The Service Provider may disclose information only as required by law, to protect users and the Application, investigate fraud or abuse, or when necessary for trusted service providers to operate the Application.

You may delete your account directly from within the Application.

After deletion is requested, your account and personal data will be temporarily hidden for 3 days. During this recovery period, you may restore your account at any time. If the account is not restored within 3 days, it will be permanently removed from our systems, except where retention is required by law.

The Service Provider retains personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Application and comply with legal obligations.

• Account information: while your account remains active
• User-generated content: until removed by you or the Service Provider
• Diagnostic logs: up to 24 months
• Anonymous statistical information: may be retained indefinitely

The Application is intended primarily for university students and is not designed for children under the age of 16.

The Service Provider implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your personal information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

If a data breach affecting your personal information occurs, the Service Provider will provide notification where required by applicable law.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be posted together with the updated effective date.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 2026-06-30.

By creating an account or using the Application, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
